We understand the importance of providing our patients with exceptional dental treatments. That is why our clinic is furnished with the latest technology in the dental field. Whether you are coming in for preventative, restorative, or cosmetic treatments, we are equipped for all your needs.

Below is some information describing a few of the procedures that we offer. Please feel free to contact our office today for more information or to schedule an appointment to discuss your individual situation and needs.

Check-up and Cleaning

We encourage our patients to schedule their dental check-ups, cleaning and oral cancer screening at least once every six months. Early detection is essential to the successful treatment of any dental condition. We give importance and time during your visit to review oral hygiene techniques and tend to insist a lot on flossing and the right way to use the manual or electric toothbrush. We use computerized digital radiography that reduces radiation and translates the image to a large computer. Prevention is the best treatment!

Laser Cavity Detection

We use Diagnodent, a new laser technology for the detection of dental cavities.

White Fillings

We use composite fillings that are aesthetic, highly resistant and durable. They are matched to the tooth color and do not stain the teeth like metal fillings that were used in the past. No more silver and mercury fillings!

Porcelain Onlays

This is a porcelain filling prefabricated in a laboratory. It is used when a tooth is missing a large portion of its surface due to cavities or trauma and composite is not strong enough to rebuild the tooth.

Crowns are used to restore badly broken or fractured teeth. They cover the whole tooth, adding strength and beauty to your smile. Crowns are made of a porcelain material that is both highly resistant and aesthetic. Since a few years, we have been using Zirconia crowns that are more resistant in the molars area.

A bridge is an effective procedure used to replace missing teeth. Crowns are placed on the teeth adjacent to the missing tooth and a prosthetic tooth is connected to these crowns to fill the empty space.

This is a thin shell that covers the front surface of your front teeth, giving them a natural look. They can be used to make teeth look whiter, and, more importantly, to change the size and shape of your teeth.

Bonding is a conservative alternative to veneers. It is used to repair some cases of fractured, chipped, stained or misaligned teeth and to close diastema between the front teeth.

Smile Analysis

We perform a computerized evaluation of your smile using before and after pictures. This will allow us to project how we can improve your smile and to discuss your specific needs prior to establishing your treatment plan.

Complete and Partial Dentures

In certain situations, this removable prosthesis is the most effective way to replace missing teeth and re-establish function.

Root Canal Therapy

A root canal is sometimes needed in order to save a tooth when an infection exists inside the nerve. We use mechanical endodontic techniques that decrease the time required for the treatment, reduce post-operative pain and ensure a higher success rate.

Periodontal Treatment

Periodontal treatment (gum disease) affects 75% of the population. In advanced stages, gum surgery is often necessary to control it. In our office, we favor the use of the latest, non-surgical periodontal treatments, medications, oral hygiene procedures and devices. It is our goal to minimize or eliminate the need for periodontal surgery. However, in some cases periodontal surgery is unavoidable, such as for pocket elimination, bone regeneration or gum grafting. Our surgeon uses “Alloderm” graft to treat gum recessions.

Oral Surgery

Our office is fully equipped to handle many oral surgery procedures, including tooth extraction, impacted wisdom teeth extraction, frenectomy and tissue correction.

TMJ Treatments and Obstructive Sleep Apnea

We treat Tempromandibular Joint Disorder using a non-surgical approach and various removable appliances. We also treat some cases of sleep apnea with the latest devices.

Dental Implants

A dental implant is a post-like device that is surgically placed in the jaw bone to replace missing teeth. Once healed, dental implants act like a base to receive individual crowns, bridges, or full arch dental prosthesis. A dental implant offers important benefits, such as looking and feeling like a natural tooth and improving function and aesthetics. Our oral surgeon places Straumann implants in our office. Straumann implants are Swiss-made and considered one of the best in the dental field.

This is a new orthodontic procedure that allows us to straighten your teeth without using metal braces and wires. Individual custom-made aligners are created through a 3D virtual model of your teeth. Wearing these aligners will gradually and gently move your teeth into place. The best part of this process is that most people will not even know that you are straightening your teeth. We have been doing Invisalign for more than 7 years now with a lot of success on both adults and teenagers.

Interceptive Orthodontics

Early detection and treatment of teeth eruption and arch malformations in children during their growth period can simplify and shorten future orthodontic treatment and wear of braces. We use multiple, removable appliances and space maintainers to achieve this goal.

Bleaching and Whitening

We offer 2 types of bleaching to create a brighter smile and remove stains and discoloration of the teeth.
– Laser Bleaching: This is a one-session, in-office whitening treatment using a laser light (Zoom II Advanced Power).
– Home Bleaching: This treatment whitens your teeth using conventional, individual trays and a bleaching gel at home. This process takes 9-14 days.

Dental sealants are a simple and painless preventative measure used to protect your teeth against future cavities. It is mainly used on the molar teeth of children and adolescents.

Protective Mouthguards

Every person, regardless of age, playing sports that involve contact or the possibility of falling, should wear a mouthguard. We use Intact Mouthguard, which is custom-created from an impression of your teeth taken at our office.

Breath Management

BreathRx is a highly effective treatment that fights bad breath at the source rather than mask it temporarily.
